Before you prompt. Ask Bluebox what production looks like for the thing you are about to change. It hands your coding agent the causal context up front: real dependencies, real traffic patterns, real recent failures. The code your agent then writes is grounded in reality instead of guessed at.
After you ship. When something breaks, Bluebox detects it, investigates the root cause, and opens a fix PR with the evidence attached: the trace, the log lines, the reasoning that got there. You review it. You merge it. Bluebox monitors the fix in production to ensure it’s actually resolved.
Root-cause analysis runs on Dynatrace Intelligence, the causal AI engine behind Dynatrace’s observability platform. That is what makes the “why” in a Bluebox investigation an actual causal chain rather than a correlation guess.
Bluebox supports all major coding agents; Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, CoPilot, OpenCode, Antigravity, Kiro, etc.
Bluebox is in Public Preview and free right now. Two requirements before it does anything useful: production telemetry has to be flowing in a service (not just on a laptop), and your repo has to be on GitHub. If you have both, you can point it at an open issue and get a reviewable PR back.
