I recently asked for feedback to increase sales for my mobile app boilerplate KMPShip and I came up with a solution.

Until now, I only had 2 pricing plans: "Starter" and "Complete". The only difference was the lifetime updates for the Complete plan.

But for both plans, the codebase was way too advanced for small projects. It's a codebase I used for big corporate apps in my career. And I realized that most of my customers are not big companies but solo devs & indie hackers who want to ship fast.

So I created two different codebases: the current one for scaling projects, and a new lighter one for MVPs. Plus a free tier to try before committing.

And bonus point: I added a free tier for people who just want to get a basic project setup before purchasing KMPShip.

So here are the tiers:

- Discover (Free) Basic KMP + Compose setup with DI & navigation. Try before you commit.
- MVP ($169) Ship fast, validate your idea. Onboarding, notifications, networking, design system, CI/CD. Save ~75h.
- Scale ($349) Full infrastructure for real businesses. Auth, payments, analytics, remote config, unit tests + lifetime updates. Save ~122h.

I'll keep you guys posted for the results after a few weeks.
