Day 8 of growing #TriParrot :

Worked on the copy today - and improved it with Opus 4.6 (the best copywriter still). The Uneed backlink has indexed, and DR has jumped up to 5. Right now, the demo was played about 50 times on the home page - but it has not lead to anyone new creating an account. That means that tomorrow it'll be time to focus on improving conversion. I'll also work on LLM.txt as well as as ChatGPT and Claude how they see it.

Day 7 of growing #TriParrot:

The last few days I had to take off because I was on a trip in London (and got caught by the heatwave).
DR has gone up to 2 (linked from FrogDR.com - nowhere else just yet).

Did some work on the backend to hide completed trips + fix timezones (nearly missed my flight because it said it departed an hour later than it did lol)

Day 6 of growing #TriParrot:

Yesterday Triparrot launched on Uneed.

In retrospect, launching on a Saturday was likely a bad idea. Will try again next month.
13 visitors from uneed, 1 demo started, no signups.

Today I realized a small bug where past trips were still showing up in the regular dashbard, so will work on fixing this.

I will have to experiment a little with the landing page copy to see if it's converting well, or if I am not doing a good job explaining the value prop. I was sure the demo would be a banger.... but not yet.

Day 5:


Was traveling today, so biggest change was finally joining the Uneed Discord - highly recommend it.

Finally set up stripe ahead of tomorrow's soft launch here on Uneed - and we crossed the 30 created trips milestone :) - to be fair, all free accounts of friends from the internet testing, but still :) The comments and feedback really made my day. I'm thinking of doing a big discount for the Uneed Community - which one would you prefer?

Day 4

DR remains at 0 - I have not yet submitted it anywhere. Today was a day focused on the core extraction algorithm, revamp of the onboarding to be interactive and I worked on the copy.

I joined Uneed Pro - but I will only fractionally count 2$ from it to the cost.

Got the first click from Google today, which was surprising and validating.

Day 3:

Today, TriParrot finally got its own logo - thanks GPT Image 2 :)
Today was a slow day as I worked on a few features - ics for calendar, translated share pages (because my mom for example prefers polish) and on improving the parser. I grabbed a huge dataset of emails (confirmations, trip bookings etc for Airlines, Platforms and Trains (think renede, OBB, DB etc) and trained the parser on it.

I finally got around to setting up analytics on it - there's surprisingly a few visitors and they're spending a long time on the site.

I have not yet submitted the site anywhere and DR is still 0.

New costs: 5$ for OpenPanel Analytics, 5$ CF Workers Paid - for email sending and I love CF.

June 14th - Day 2:

Working on improving the full onboarding experience. The age old question of free plan or no free plan was the biggest tackle today. I chose to do it a little differently:

Free users get access to the full app with a sample trip. This one is just JSON - so it doesn't cost anything even at 1000 free users. It allows someone to experiment with the app, see how much easier it makes life, and understand all concepts before commiting to a single trip or yearly sub.

Also - worked on full MCP support and tested with my OpenClaw. It works really great.

Tomorrow will work on actually hooking up Stripe and doing checkout flows. No further marketing yet.

Hey Team! After a long time - I am back, and with a new experiment/series. Over the next month or so - I will be growing TriParrot.com (an ADHD and Agent focused Trip Doc Organizer).

I built the tool for myself to stay on top of work and private trips, but saw a lot of possibility in the untapped "agent-first" space - connect to Hermes, OpenClaw etc; as well as what I built it for: my ADHD.

The project started backwards with a MVP and now I am trying to make a marketing site for it, and start to actually monetize it.
