Before anything else: I want to thank you for the great community. I’ve seen many cool launches on the platform lately, and I’m happy to finally do mine.

Today I’m launching Hyperfocus – a free macOS planner that puts your goals first and turns them into daily progress.

A bit of background: I previously spent several years in big tech as a product leader. The whole time, I kept running into the same problem: how can I consistently focus on things that matter (like writing that strategy doc!) when dozens of priorities are competing for my attention. Eventually, I quit, spent a year studying the neuroscience of attention, and built a training program where I coached product leaders from Booking, Miro, Wolt, Intuit, and others to stay focused.

The biggest thing I learned was that focus starts with knowing what matters most and why. And what bothered me about the tools on the market was that they were built around collecting and organizing tasks instead of helping to decide what matters.

So, I’ve tried to flip that with Hyperfocus:

2. Get feedback from Hyperfocus AI on vague outcomes and unrealistic plans as you write.

3. When your goals are clear, plan your weeks and days around them.

4. Finally, make progress with focus blocks.
